Your purchase price is for your home and land built to completion including all landscaping, retaining, driveway, patios/decks and consent fees.
What is not included in the price?
The only item not included is blinds and curtains however we have exclusive wholesale pricing from our preferred curtain and blind supplier that we are happy to pass on to you.
How big is my section?
The section sizes in Victoria Key vary. We are happy to discuss your particular section in more detail in person.
Do I own the land?
Yes! Victoria Key is freehold title so you own the land you have purchased.
How much deposit do I need to secure one of these luxury townhouses?
10% deposit is required however specific details will be discussed in person about your purchase.
Can you provide a rental assessment?
Yes! We have an independent company who can provide an assessment for us on your behalf.
Can you manage our rental investment?
